About Skyeet
Skyeet is a kid-safe learning app powered by artificial intelligence. It includes AI-powered search (Google Gemini), an AI chat companion called Spark (OpenAI GPT-4o), AI-generated illustrations (DALL-E & Gemini), vocabulary building, curated explore topics, read-aloud voice features (AWS Polly), and comprehensive parent controls.
By using Skyeet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian, you are agreeing on behalf of yourself and your child. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Skyeet.
Skyeet is operated by Skyeet ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skyeet regarding your use of our application and services.
Child Safety
Important: Parental Supervision
Skyeet is NOT a substitute for parental supervision. While we use advanced AI to filter content, no technology is perfect. Parents and guardians should:
- Monitor your child's usage of Skyeet regularly
- Set appropriate time limits for screen time
- Discuss online safety with your child
- Understand that AI filtering is not 100% perfect
AI Limitations
Skyeet uses artificial intelligence to filter and present search results. While we strive for the highest standards of safety, AI technology has inherent limitations:
Content Filtering
May occasionally miss inappropriate content or over-filter safe content.
Accuracy
Cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of search results or AI-generated answers.
Knowledge Gaps
AI may not have information about very recent events or niche topics.
Results Variability
Search results and AI responses may vary between sessions for the same query.
Acceptable Use
Do
- Use Skyeet for educational and recreational purposes
- Ensure a parent or guardian supervises your child's usage
- Respect other users and the Skyeet community
- Report any inappropriate content you encounter
Don't
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent safety filters
- Share account credentials with others
- Use Skyeet for any commercial purposes
- Submit intentionally harmful or abusive queries
Your Account
Parent-Managed Accounts
All Skyeet accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for all activity under their account.
Age Requirement
Parents or guardians must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. Children use Skyeet under their parent's account and supervision.
Child Profiles
Parents can create child profiles within their account. Each profile can be customized with age-appropriate settings and preferences.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Pro Subscription
Auto-Renewal
Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Easy Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. No cancellation fees apply.
Access Period
After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Your account then reverts to the free plan.
Price Changes
We may adjust subscription pricing with advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
Leaving Skyeet
Delete Account
Delete your account from Parent Zone in the app. No need to contact support.
Immediate Deletion
All personal data — child profiles, search history, saved words, bookmarks, and game progress — is permanently deleted from our servers right away.
No Recovery
Account deletion is irreversible. There is no recovery window or data export feature. Save any information you need before deleting.
Not Professional Advice
Skyeet provides general search results and AI-generated content for educational and recreational purposes. Skyeet is not a substitute for:
Educational curriculum
Not a replacement for school or structured learning programs.
Medical advice
Not a source for health diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
Legal advice
Not a provider of legal guidance or counsel.
Financial advice
Not a source for financial planning or investment decisions.

Liability & Disclaimers
Disclaimer of Warranties
Skyeet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-filtered results will be 100% accurate or appropriate in all cases.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyeet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyeet from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the service.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@skyeet.app. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
Governing Law & Changes
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice in the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Skyeet after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
